Dave Farrar, College Analyst, Letters & Science (805-893-2328). Financial coordinator (processes and posts all financial transactions, reconciles College Office accounts with the General Ledger), coordinates event planning, processes faculty recruitment travel.

Space Planning & Management

This office manages new building or renovation projects from planning through implementation; coordinates long-term strategic planning with other units involved in campus development; and oversees existing space and facilities for the College. The office also serves as a resource to College departments working with Facilities Management, Design & Construction Services, and Furniture Services on smaller-scale projects.
